A: Not a problem. All you will have to do is lie comfortably or sitting down, relax and follow my guidance. The rest will happen automatically. And the hardest part of it is to try not to fall asleep.

A: You are lying down on the floor or in the bed or sitting comfortably in a chair. Under my guidance we are going to move slowly from the normal state(Physical Body) to a meditative state (Mental or Spiritual Body) and the gradually find a state of "ultimate harmony" in which brain waves slow down and subtle euphoria (The Bliss Body) emerges.
Although for most practitioners it takes time and practice to slip into more advance stages, you will tend to emerge relaxed, rejuvenated and completely at peace.

Q: Are you available for private sessions?
A: Yes. every session is customized for your specific needs. A session for couples is considered a private session.
Q: Can we invite you for a group session at our lunch time at our work place?
A: Short Yoga Nidra sessions at lunch time or at the end of the work day is a great way to relax, release tension and boost your energy for the rest of the day.
Q: How long is Yoga Nidra session?
A: A session can be as long as 2 hours or as little as 10 minutes, or anything in between.
Q: Do you offer special packages?
A: It is a good idea to sign up for a package of 6 sessions. Then you will be experiencing a program where each session covers different purposes like:

6 sessions package special - $320.00
Groups - $15.00 p/person. 6 sessions package special - $75.00
Lunch time / after work sessions at company site for group of 10 people or more-$12.00 p/person.
